I Liked Dr. Josh. He Is Awesome With Kids But The Office Staff Mainly The Insurance Lady Is Very Lacking. I Was Told That Because They Didn't Contract With My Insurance That She Could Charge Me Whatever She Wanted And Then Proceeded To Demand 600 Dollars Right Now. I Have Insurance For A Reason. They Charged Me 200 Dollars For Nitrous And My Regular Dentist And Most Others Don't Even Charge. I Don't Recommend This Place Unless You Have Medicaid Or Insurance That Pays In Full.

It Was One Of The Worst Experiences My Child Has Ever Had. I Would Never Recomend Taking Any Chid To His Staff. They Also Try To Get Information From You That They Don't Need. When I Questioned What They Were Doing And What They Did They Got Very Defensive.

I Have Three Children That Are Treated By Dr. Purcell. My Children's Dental Needs Have Always Been Treated With Care By Dr. Purcell And The Staff. We Never Have To Wait Long To Be Seen. My Children's Favorite Thing About Going To The Dentist,and Mine Too,is When They Get To Ring The Big Bell When They Are Cavity Free!!! I Would Highly Recommend Dr. Purcell.
